“ Picture a deconstructed sushi roll in a bowl. There were many varieties of meats and sushi stuffings that ranged from raw salmon to baked eel (which they promptly brought to the side and seared, carmalizing the outside), cream cheese and avacado(for an extra dollar), corn, seaweed salad, and some shakers of dried cruncies. It's a free range bar like Chipotle or Izzos. For the price it was very filling! Both my friend and I had left overs. Recommend not to save left overs of raw fish meats other than that wonderful lunch and dinner choices. ”
